Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately on our official WhatsApp support number.
Balwaan Gold is a consumable Ayurvedic health supplement. For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products.
We only accept return requests within 3 Days of delivery under the following conditions:
⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: An Unboxing Video is strictly required to process any damage or wrong-item claims. The video must show the sealed package being opened for the first time without any cuts or edits.
If your return is approved after verifying the unboxing video, we will initiate a replacement or a refund. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you to get your UPI/Bank details for the refund transfer.
